Saturday’s run for Johnny was a great success. Due to scheduling conflicts 7 of us were able to make it. Apart from Anh and I, our remaining friends are not everyday runners, which made the event even that more special. We are very proud of them, especially given the fact the it was about 30 degrees out. We all walked to the start at Forest Park Dr and Metropolitan. The run course called for 2.79 miles. From the start to the end it was all about having fun out there, while recognizing and honoring Johnny. We were able to take quite a bit of pictures along the way.
