Yay I got mentioned on the Westchester Toughman site (Featured Athletes). Although I do not mount up to the triumphs of the athletes in the article.  I did wish the article continued on to say “Alex Paul could not swim beyond 200 meters without stopping for a break – due to lack of endurance training”. The mention will suffice though. I am currently nursing an injury, hoping to have a full recovery in time for race day. September 12th. 24 days away.
