SOLMAN Triathlon coming this July 14th

SOLMAN Triathlon coming this July 14th. It’s my self supported Half Iron Distance. 

Swimming 2000 meters at Flushing Aquatic Center – 1.2 miles. 

Biking to Woodbury then turnaround will be at the Woodbury deli to head back home – 56 mile bike. 

Finishing off by running to Central Park and ending at the NYC Tri expo (home of the baby derby) – 13.1 miles.

Swim – 1.2 miles
