vEveresting Training Week 4: Right on Target

Today’s ride was right on target with heart rate, power and perceive exertion. The goal was to take this climb very easy in preparation for next weeks vEveresting challenge (8.5 times Alpe Du Zwift). I finished the Alpe Du Zwift climb averaging 231 watts and 128 bpm heart rate, all metrics within event goal pace.
