Last long climb weekend of vEveresting training done.
Both sets of climbs were right on par with event goal of 224 watts (1 hour 24 minutes) and < 130 bpm heart rate. Cadence could be a bit higher so last test heading into event week will be to swap my 11-32 cassette to a 11-34, the higher cadence the less early build up of lactic acid for my projected 14 hours of vEveresting.
