Recently I screen-recorded 3 hours and 6 minutes of video (Fulgaz app of the IRONMAN Copenhagen partial course) on my iPad Pro 12 and the final storage used was 43.7 GB.

Upon editing the video in iMovie it was trimmed to 27.97 GB including added background music and a background image.
