New York City Marathon Goal

Given 8 more weeks to go for New York City Marathon. I am setting a goal for now of 4 hours, or a pace of 9 minutes, 9 seconds per mile.

As I’m currently monitoring an Achilles issue I will be adjusting this goal accordingly.

The goal for my long runs will be 10 minutes, 9 seconds to 11 minutes, 9 seconds.
