IRONMAN Training: Week 3

Last week was Thanksgiving week and my birthday week, so a few missed workouts were in order and a bit of more food indulgence πŸ™‚ This equated to an extra pound of weight gain. Starting off week 3 at 214 lbs without any sort of dieting but only relying on exercise. I may start incorporating some low-carb dieting this week and strength. The workout of last week had to be my birthday workout of 4300 meters. Felt quite smooth and relaxed during this swim. For the next few weeks, I will be without my Tacx Neo 2T trainer as I found a few cracks from use and it’s making its way back to Garmin for a replacement. In the meantime, I’ll be using my Tacx Vortex for training. Running was very minimal last week, hoping to hit all 3 run workouts this week. Have a great week. πŸŠπŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ 🚴🏾 πŸƒπŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ
