IRONMAN Training Week 2

It was a solid week of IRONMAN training. Started to incorporate Yoga and stretches into my weekly routine. Also added self foot massaging for my Plantar. Starting this week at 213 lbs. I did a MAF run test yesterday. MAF pace was 8:19 min/mile averaging 146 bpm heart rate.
