IRONMAN Copenhagen Training Log (Pre-Season Week 17)

How did it go? Felt great throughout the week. Concluded the week with a half marathon run without issues to my plantar or knees ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿพ. A consistent routine of yoga, strength, KneeFit app, and now foam rolling will be essential to becoming stronger and less injury-prone.
