Currently working my way back to power on the bike from a slight left knee injury a few weeks ago. I’ve been incorporating more strength training, yoga, and using the KneeFit app in my training. All mentioned have been helping tremendously.
Today I decided to do a Zwift FTP test to evaluate my current bike fitness. The final FTP number was 259 watts which I am very happy with. This gives me a great benchmark for my FTP zones as I continue to kick off my training for IRONMAN Copenhagen in August.
For extra motivation I tuned YouTube into IRONMAN World Championships 2019 for the 20 minute FTP test. Really helped.
